All of our exterior footings are a minimum of 12" wide by 24 to 36" deep (depending on soil conditions and structure design)
Our slabs are 5" thick with 3/8" steel reinforcement placed 12" O.C., 3500 psi concrete
Compare our specifications (above) to the city's minimum requirements (below).
- Exterior footings: 10" wide by 24" deep, 2500 psi concrete
- Interior footings: 8" deep (as required at load bearing walls)
- Slab: 5" thick, 3/8" steel reinforcement 16" O.C., 2500 psi concrete
